For the third straight year, no one was arrested on Saipan for driving while under the influence of alcohol on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Department of Public Safety spokesperson Lei Ogumoro told Saipan Tribune yesterday there were no DUI arrests on Dec. 24 and 25.
